Return and Shipping Policy
Shipping
Ayshaarts is run by one person and would need time to prepare orders. For shipping to United Kingdom and Europe usually takes a couple of days to a week. Anywhere else worldwide usually a week to 3 weeks (depends on your location).
If you are shipping internationally, be prepared for extra fees and delays
Our international shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. If applicable, these will be assessed upon delivery. We cannot and will not falsely report on an item’s value to help you avoid these fees. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteeing and items will sometimes get tied up in customs for weeks.
Our refund policy is All Sales Final.
We only replace items if they are damaged. Please contact us immediately about lost or damages items and if possible send pictures via email ayshaarts@gmail.com.
If you need to return a damaged item for a refund send us for next steps.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
